Join Premier Inn as a Nights Team Member and be the friendly face of the hotel overnight. You'll help keep our guests safe, support any late-night requests, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. No experience is needed, as full training will be provided.
Location: Merchants Square, Bath Street, St Helier, JE2 4BF
Please note: Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours
- Carry out regular safety and security checks
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues calmly and professionally
- Complete night audit and administrative tasks
- Prepare the hotel for the day team
- Help ensure guests enjoy a safe, comfortable stay
No previous hotel experience is required. If you're reliable, confident working independently, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide all the support you need.
