Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing and Brand Strategist to join their global marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This strategic role will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the legal and fiduciary sectors, focusing on brand positioning, communications, digital strategy, and data-driven insight. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with jurisdictional marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall group objectives and will contribute to the enhancement of brand reputation and client engagement globally.
Job Duties:
- Develop and manage brand identity in line with business strategy
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, house style manuals, and related materials
- Analyse brand positioning and monitor client and competitor market trends
- Oversee global marketing platforms, digital infrastructure, and supplier relationships
- Lead the strategy for social media and SEO campaigns in collaboration with external agencies
- Produce global collateral and ensure consistency across all marketing outputs
- Develop and implement global communications and PR strategies
- Create press releases and promotional materials aligned with strategic messaging
- Manage media relationships and maintain media contact databases
- Coordinate legal directory rankings and internal/external communications
- Design and implement data collection methods for marketing and client insights
- Work with internal data teams to interpret complex data sets and forecast trends
- Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to strategic marketing decisions
- Produce analytical reports, data visualisations, and campaign performance summaries
- Monitor the sales funnel to assess marketing effectiveness and client engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and business development teams
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification
- Minimum five years' experience in marketing, communications, and data analysis within legal or professional services
- Strong copywriting, media engagement, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with systems such as Vuture, Frontify, InterAction, Cision, and social media platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience in data visualisation and strategy development
- Understanding of legal marketing principles, campaign metrics, and client segmentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Agile and adaptable to evolving strategic direction
