Fantastic new role for an experienced Trust Manager to join a growing team where you will have a genuinely varied workload, and the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, supportive environment!
The successful candidate will manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of more complex clients, acting as a higher authority on day-to-day admin queries, and ensuring first class client service.
You will mentor, supervise and assist with the training and development of staff, and will be expected to contribute towards business process improvements, policy & procedure development, and any service innovation updates that will improve client experience.
A strong background in Trust administration is required, along with previous team management. You will need an in-depth understanding of the local regulatory environment, and the ability to provide sound commercial advice.
