We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator / Senior Administrator to join a reputable Wealth Management firm!

Responsibilities

  • Working within a small team, you will provide administrative support to one or more wealth advisors with day to day administration duties ensuring that an excellent level of client service is provided.
  • You will be involved in a variety of tasks including but not limited to new business processing, CDD checks, reviewing and updating client data, scheduling valuations and sending out reports to clients and meeting preparation for advisers amongst other tasks.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification.
  • You will need to be familiar with investments and possess a detail-focused, organised and client-centric approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
