Due to a significant increase in new business over the past year, our client, a small, privately owned trust business, is looking to strengthen their senior team with an additional director. This is an exciting opportunity for a Trust Director or an ambitious, up-and-coming Senior Manager.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a client portfolio while continuing to fulfil normal Board duties. The role is broad, encompassing business development, providing technical guidance to junior staff, overseeing the company's financial and regulatory compliance, and supporting corporate governance activities.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and possess excellent trust and corporate knowledge, gained through at least ten years of experience. You will demonstrate strong management skills, the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, and a genuine desire to contribute to a small, employee-focused organisation, where you can make a meaningful long-term impact.
