Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Manager meet levels of compliance specified by the JCC.
- Support person centred planning ensuring assessments of needs are completed.
- Deputise in the absence of the RM, covering tasks such as rota management, risk assessments, development of support staff, and medication responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Applicants MUST hold RQF Level 3 in HandSC or nearing completion of the qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HandSC.
The post is 35 hrs per week and requires shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties.
