The role involves supporting individuals by adapting to their unique needs, delivering holistic care that supports wellbeing, safety and independence within their own homes. Empathy, a caring nature, dedication and a sense of humour are requirements for this role, along with a minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with a LD and Autism in Jersey.
