Our kitchen is looking for a Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef for overall kitchen operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organising, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
You will perform tasks to a high standard while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions. You will also assist in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product.
Experience: Working as a Sous Chef within a similar establishment. Relevant internationally recognised qualifications would be desirable.
Qualifications: A strong understanding of HACCP, Food Hygiene and Allergen legislation. Food Safety Level 3 would be desirable, but training will be provided.
