Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer within the Private Wealth department on a permanent basis. This role will involve the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of complex structures, engaging daily with clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director/Manager and will proactively develop and build solutions to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships.

Job Duties

  • Ensure the provision of exceptional service by the Wealth Structuring Group within agreed policies and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to the Wealth Structuring Team.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, optimising client potential and delivering a consistent, seamless experience.
  • Advise clients to ensure their needs are fully met.
  • Uphold the organisation's core values.
  • Update, scan, file, and archive records as necessary per record retention policies.
  • Respond promptly to internal communications affecting operational matters.
  • Contribute towards the successful delivery of remediation and other approved projects, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in data input and administrative tasks.
  • Manage administration of client entities, ensuring all actions recommended by diary entries are fulfilled, including tax filings, performance reviews, and quarterly client calls.

Job Requirements

  • Strong specialist skill and technical knowledge related to the finance industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the broader business environment.
  • Proven competency in risk management and project management.
  • Ability to develop and implement systems for knowledge management.
  • Excellent time management and resource allocation skills.
  • Proficient in effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated capability in teamwork and relationship building.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in finance industry business.
