Responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with the resource managers and engagement managers in the allocation of staff to engagements
- Assist engagement managers with immediate resourcing issues on a day-to-day basis
- Working with engagement managers to resolve booking conflicts
- Managing staff member time off requests
- Assisting engagement managers with engagement budgets
