Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in proactive entity management and maintenance. This full-time position is integral from the late onboarding stage through the full life cycle of entity structures. Candidates will work closely with Client Directors to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, aligning with our client's vision and values. Job Duties
- Collaborate with Client Directors on proactive entity management and maintenance.
- Ensure all entity data and records are up to date, accurate, and comply with documented requirements and policies.
- Deliver client work and maintain contact in line with our client's vision and service standards while keeping KPIs current.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, demonstrating technical awareness and cultural understanding.
- Support fiduciary decision-making by preparing comprehensive case inputs for various forums.
- Liaise effectively with third-party service providers to fulfil client needs and build relationships for future referrals.
- Maintain accurate time records to meet utilisation and profitability targets, showcasing commercial awareness.
- Undertake reviews and workflows, resolving issues promptly and sharing insights with Client Directors and the broader team.
- Oversee risk review actions to satisfactory resolution and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Mentor junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and exemplifying appropriate group behaviours.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Foster positive collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory/legal requirements.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and liaise with Client Directors.
- Share knowledge of client structures and act as an effective alternate when necessary.
- Maintain technical awareness and stay updated with market developments.
- Occasional business travel may be required based on workload.
- 5-10 years of experience serving corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefit Trusts and structured finance structures.
- Familiarity with local and UK trust and company legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of investments, property, and various asset classes.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements.
- Proficient in working with NavOne and core MS Office applications, along with document management principles.
