Our client, a leading financial service provider, is looking for a senior corporate administrator to carry out routine day-to-day administration of corporate and fund structures in its Jersey office under the direction of a client relationship manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administration of a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities.
- Assist with obtaining CDD on shareholders.
- Liaise with notary offices, government offices, tax authorities and banks.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff.
Ideal candidates will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification suitable for the job (i.e., STEP/CGI) with a strong knowledge of company and partnership laws. You must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
