Exciting opportunity available for a Senior Client Manager to join our client’s Private Capital team. This role requires managing the client experience across global services, ensuring exceptional service delivery by understanding client business and service expectations and fostering long-term client relationships. The role involves overseeing service reviews to assess ongoing client satisfaction and actioning points to ensure continuous improvement. You will also be involved in managing due diligence visits, contributing to strategic initiatives, managing client communications and contributing to client-related projects.
Responsibilities

- Foster long-term client relationships and oversee service reviews to assess ongoing client satisfaction and action points for continuous improvement.
