Our client is seeking a Senior Company Secretary both on a temporary and permanent basis to provide high-quality corporate governance and company secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with broad offshore finance experience to join the Business Services / Corporate team of a growing fiduciary organisation.
As Senior Associate Group Company Secretary, the primary responsibility is to deliver efficient and professional governance and administration services to corporate and fund clients, with a focus on meeting all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements of funds and other corporate structures.
The successful applicant must have a strong and knowledgeable focus on governance, have the ability to develop and motivate staff and be proficient in Excel, Word and fund administration systems. Must have a pro-active, professional, solution focused approach with the ability to work logically and efficiently and prioritise.
