Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Employer Solutions team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role requires the individual to perform administration, transactions, and related tasks within the Tailored Services Team. The role holder will manage varied client work under the supervision of a line manager and will provide vital support to the Management Team and Trustees.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Relationship Managers and covering a spectrum of service lines within the division.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining documentation of relevant decision-making processes while sourcing legal and tax advice where necessary.
- Preparation of non-standard and complex transactions, which may include equity, hedge fund, and private company investments as well as managed portfolio transactions.
- Preparation of board meeting packs and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors, and colleagues.
- Continuous adherence to statutory obligations and group policies.
Job Duties:
- Complete tasks within the established deadlines and document decisions made.
- Prepare complex transactions from the review stage to execution.
- Assist with board meetings and maintain quarterly KYC packs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and colleagues.
- Liaise with intermediaries to ensure proper transaction documentation.
- Respond to client and participant queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client entities and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Regularly review and update the client governance matrix and project work logs.
- Act as the point of contact for transactions involving clients and team members.
- Ensure existing clients are retained through thorough administration.
- Meet CPD requirements appropriate to qualification level.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail and the ability to finish tasks effectively.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to pursue or hold a professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP).
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
