Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and actively push your add-ons by engaging effectively with customers.
- Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store, keeping up with the maintenance of stock room areas.
- Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
Our stores are open 7 days a week and on a 20-hour contract you will typically be working 4-hour shifts over 5 days. Having a flexible approach is key.
