The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will lead and support our Service Delivery Resource Jointing teams on a day-to-day basis, creating a safe, high-performing environment where people can do their best work. You'll play a key role in delivering value for money, maximising workforce efficiency, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, all while championing our Company's purpose, vision and values.
Key skills and experience required:
- Strong IT skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory capability, with experience motivating and managing teams
- The ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience working within Electrical Distribution
- CandG Level 3 in Electrical Distribution (or equivalent qualification)
- Relevant Health and Safety qualification
- Full, valid driving licence
