Our client, one of the leading providers of offshore employment services to the yachting and shipping industry, are seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator. The position is a full time (35 hours) permanent role and forms part of the Crew Payroll team. The successful candidate will report to the Crew Payroll Manager and provide day-to-day payroll administration support for crew employees.
In this role you will:
- Assist with the processing of crew payroll across agreed payroll cycles
- Input, validate and maintain payroll data
- Review timesheets
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records
- Act as a point of contact for payroll queries, resolving issues where possible and liaising with internal teams as needed
