Our client is seeking to employ an administrator to join their Jersey office, based in the outskirts of St Helier. A designated car parking space will be allocated to the successful candidate.
You will mainly be responsible for the accurate and timely archival of records, creation and dispatch of client generated notifications, maintenance of the client database, telephone and email query resolution, along with performing other administrative duties that need to be undertaken on a day‐to‐day basis.
You must be well‐organised and able to work well under pressure, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally, you should have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Document Management System products.
