We are looking for an organised and practical Operations Supervisor to help keep our Garden Centre running smoothly day to day. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things working behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our Operations Manager, you’ll support the team with HR administration, health and safety, facilities management, IT coordination, and general office duties.
Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a flexi time system.
Qualifications: This role would suit someone with strong admin and coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, good IT skills, and confidence dealing with both internal teams and external suppliers.
