Qualified Lawyer required to take on a challenging new opportunity within a reputable legal firm, where you will work closely with Partners to manage a variety of legal matters, delegating work to juniors and providing technically accurate legal advice and complex guidance directly to clients.
The role will include fee estimates and new business proposals, as well as management of team targets, and you will be involved in the preparation of budgets and business plans.
The successful applicant will have a broad and deep knowledge in a specialised practice area, as well as broad general knowledge of Jersey law, and will be a significant point of contact in this area of expertise. This will extend to knowledge sharing within the organisation, and you will prepare and present training seminars and professional presentations, as well as delivering CPD sessions.
Solid experience from a relevant law firm environment is essential, with excellent drafting and written communication skills, an understanding of management and financial accounting principles, and generally high standards of professional knowledge and ability, with a well established reputation in your area of expertise.
