Fantastic opportunity to join an independent, owner-managed Trust company in the role of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide operational oversight and support to the operations team, Board, Committees and Departments in meeting their strategic goals whilst ensuring smooth and efficient business processes, and maintaining continuous improvements in policy and procedure. This will include project work, reporting, record keeping and working to improve the database. You will also manage staff, set performance goals and undertake appraisals.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight and support to the operations team, Board, Committees and Departments to meet strategic goals and maintain smooth, efficient business processes.
- Lead and manage staff, set performance goals and undertake appraisals.
- Engage in project work, reporting, record keeping and work to improve the database.
Qualifications
- At least six years of experience in the Jersey Trust industry, or a similar operational role, with previous management experience and a strong understanding of Jersey trust, company, foundation and limited partnership law.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
