To manage a busy team of staff β both local and remote - with varied experience levels, delivering exceptional company secretarial, governance and administration services to a portfolio of key clients, which include regulated, listed and corporate structures.
Take ownership for the client and intermediary relationships within your designated portfolio of clients.
Be responsible for the ongoing development of your team by providing coaching and technical expertise.
Be an active member of the department's management team, assisting the director group in meeting targets, driving the change agenda, delivering to high standards of client service and meeting regulatory requirements.
Provide operational support to the department where needed.
