Carey Olsen is seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Corporate Funds team in Jersey. You will provide high-quality secretarial, administrative and PA support to designated fee earners and Partners. If you have relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Typing, transcription and document formatting/proof-reading
- Diary management, calls, correspondence and filing
- File opening, matter management, conflict checks and archiving
- Expense processing, billing support and CRM updates
- PA support to Partners, including travel and event organisation
- Meeting coordination, presentations and records management
About you:
- Previous legal secretarial/PA experience
- A-level education (or equivalent)
- Strong MS Office skills, fast and accurate typing
