La Haule Care Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on night shifts, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- To support residents and ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the resident, in-line with their Care Plan(s)
