Stuck in a rut? Ambitious but not able to develop in your current role? Our NEW client, an owner-managed Specialist Fund Services firm, is expanding their Jersey business and seeking Fund Accountants!
Our client requires applicants with relevant experience in fund and corporate accounting, ideally across alternative asset classes (e.g., private equity, real estate). You should be working towards a recognised accounting qualification or have recently qualified.
Responsibilities
- The role involves providing fund and corporate accounting support, maintaining a methodical and proactive approach, and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship management skills and the ability to work under pressure to deliver accurate results.
Qualifications
- Experience in fund and corporate accounting; preferably across alternative asset classes (e.g., PE, Real Estate).
- Working towards a recognised accounting qualification or recently qualified.
- Excellent relationship management skills; methodical, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks.
- Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
