We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager at The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. At The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, luxury lives in every detail and so does your opportunity to shine. Overlooking the breathtaking St Aubin's Bay in the heart of St Helier, our 5 star hotel blends world class amenities with genuine warmth and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Front Office Manager, you will lead by example and inspire your Reception and Nights team to deliver a fantastic welcome to each guest, every time.

Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this role of Front Office Manager you will have current hotel reception management experience within a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel.
  • It is essential you have a strong understanding of Opera and Opera Cloud, Excel and have excellent administration skills.

Full time 40 hours per week, £43,705 per annum.
