Experienced Compliance professional required to operate and develop the compliance function of a financial and investments services firm. The successful candidate will act as MLCO, MLRO and Nominated Officer, and will be a key figure in the company’s operations.
Duties will include:
- Review, preparation and presentation of reviews to the board
- Risk assessments
- Maintenance of manuals and procedures
- Responsibility for the compliance monitoring programme
- Involvement in the ongoing review and updating of procedures
Applicants should have a strong level of experience in a similar role, with sound knowledge and experience of local AML/CFT framework and regulatory requirements and the JFSC handbook. You will need to have a detail-focussed, proactive and organised approach, with strong communication skills, an approachable demeanour and the ability to work under pressure.
