Our client is seeking a motivated and driven general practice surveyor with experience to join their successful, expanding team in the Channel Islands. This is a permanent position, offering full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week. The individual will play a key role in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with team members across various specialisations, including property management, asset management, agency, and valuation. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to execute a diverse range of tasks from start to finish. Job Duties:

  • Letting and sales of commercial properties
  • Lease renewal and rent review negotiations
  • Red Book valuations of residential and commercial properties
  • Development appraisals

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally MRICS qualified with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience across commercial and residential property
  • Numerate and technically competent
  • Excellent IT, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
