Our client is seeking a motivated and driven general practice surveyor with experience to join their successful, expanding team in the Channel Islands. This is a permanent position, offering full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week. The individual will play a key role in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with team members across various specialisations, including property management, asset management, agency, and valuation. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to execute a diverse range of tasks from start to finish. Job Duties:
- Letting and sales of commercial properties
- Lease renewal and rent review negotiations
- Red Book valuations of residential and commercial properties
- Development appraisals

Job Requirements:
- Ideally MRICS qualified with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience
- Experience across commercial and residential property
- Numerate and technically competent
- Excellent IT, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Full, clean driving licence
