Our client is seeking a Client Director to lead private client services within their organisation. This role entails acting as a director on the boards of client companies and corporate trustees. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by coaching team members to deliver a client‑centric service and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. This position involves monitoring the deployment of adequate controls to meet compliance and regulatory requirements, thereby managing risk exposure effectively. The Client Director will also be an active participant in management forums, such as the Commercial Committee and Risk and Audit Committees, and will be expected to generate innovative operational ideas while constructively challenging the status quo. For those holding directorships on regulated entities, the role requires a deep understanding of responsibilities in relation to the licence holder and the capability to maintain accurate information concerning the business, governance, and financial position of the licence holder.
The contract is full‑time, and the start date will be communicated upon selection.
Job Duties:- Act as a director on the boards of client companies and corporate trustees.
- Drive operational excellence through coaching team members in client service delivery.
- Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements to manage risk exposure effectively.
- Design and implement processes for efficient compliance services.
- Participate in management forums to provide operational insights and innovative ideas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding the responsibilities associated with regulated entities.
- Allocate sufficient time to effectively discharge responsibilities for the licence holder.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in trust and company administration.
- Suitable management experience.
- Professional qualification to Professional Level (e.g., ICSA/STEP).
- Comprehensive understanding of Trust Administration, Company Law, and the tax implications of various structures.
- Meet the required standards set by the local regulator.
