Experienced Compliance professional required to take on the role of Manager, in which you will contribute to the design, implementation and promotion of a client-focused compliance strategy and framework, and support the development of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme for client structures. The successful applicant will act as the designated MLRO and MLCO, and will assist and provide operational support to Regulated Key Persons.
Qualifications
- Candidates will hold relevant professional qualifications.
- Must have experience in a similar role in the finance industry, ideally funds.
- Previous Key Person experience would be advantageous.
- Must be able to demonstrate clear working knowledge of AML, Financial Services Law, local regulatory requirements and risk management.
