We are seeking an individual with fantastic customer service skills ideally gained within insurance to join a well established firm in the role of Claims Handler. Dealing with a local client portfolio, the successful candidate will assess and validate claims, liaise with customers and negotiate with suppliers to agree settlements, ensure claims are dealt with to an agreed quality and compliance standard and generally provide a first class level of service.
Applicants will ideally have previous insurance experience with a passion for service excellence, strong communication skills, an eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy working environment in a friendly, supportive team!
