We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead kitchen and FOH. This is a hands‐on role for a chef who is passionate about food, highly organized, and able to work independently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating fresh and exciting menus
  • Preparing and cooking high‐quality dishes
  • Managing food costs and margins
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen management, stock control, and commercial performance. You will also be expected to contribute ideas for marketing, promotions, and events that increase footfall, enhance the customer experience, and drive business growth.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Must have management experience.
