Responsibilities include providing values-led leadership and ensuring the organisation delivers outstanding support, protection and recovery services for people affected by domestic abuse while leading efforts to prevent future violence through education and advocacy. You will be accountable to the Committee for leadership, performance, sustainability and reputation; working through a skilled Senior Management Team to provide strategic direction, ensure effective governance, develop high-impact partnerships and influence public policy to improve outcomes for survivors. Act as principal spokesperson, champion the rights, safety and wellbeing of survivors, and position the organisation as a voice on domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.
