At Christies Care, we are recruiting a Care Coordinator to support the delivery of outstanding hourly care services in Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage rotas to ensure continuity of care
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare assistants
  • Set up, review and monitor care packages, liaising with funders including LTC
  • Respond to last minute changes and provide on call support on a rota basis
  • Deliver care when required
  • Maintain accurate records in line with JCC standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months care experience
  • Level 3 qualification in care essential
  • 20 days annual leave plus
