Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Finance division on a permanent basis. This hybrid role involves responsibility for the monthly management reporting of the US and Caribbean entities, as well as the preparation of interim and year-end financial statements. You will ensure all outputs meet relevant accounting standards while managing audits, tax reporting, and line management responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Prepare monthly management results for the US and Caribbean entities, adhering to strict internal reporting deadlines
  • Prepare annual financial statements in line with relevant reporting standards
  • Manage interim reviews and year-end audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors
  • Perform bookkeeping and salary reconciliations for the US group
  • Liaise with external tax consultants to complete consolidated US tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly and annual Bureau of Economic Analysis returns for submission to the U.S. Department of Commerce
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Accounts Officer
  • Conduct four-eye reviews of month-end management accounts for the ICS division
  • Contribute to the year-end budgeting process
  • Ensure compliance with all risk and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering legislation
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management

Job Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA qualified
