Our client, a leading global fiduciary company, are looking for an Assistant/Vice President to provide Corporate Secretarial coverage for their Jersey office. You will act as the primary point of contact for the provision of company secretarial services for a portfolio of Cayman, Luxembourg and Irish domiciled investment fund vehicles.
Main duties will be to:
- Organise the preparation of board packs and attend fund board meetings.
- Prepare detailed board minutes and action points to a high standard.
- Arrange for document executions and notarisations.
You will be expected to have at least four years' experience in a senior company secretarial position within a regulated funds business and will ideally hold the CGI professional qualification. Ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients to a high standard and be able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines/SLAs in place.
