Roberts Garages is currently looking for an Assistant Manager at our Springfield site. You will be a key partner to the Site Manager, providing customers with a high level of customer service. In the absence of the Site Manager, take ownership of your individual site, liaising with the Area Manager where necessary. This involves planning, coordinating and organising the operations of the forecourt and managing staff to achieve best performance.
