A large global fund management company is seeking to employ a Fund Administrator to be based in its Jersey office, within their Private Equity team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of clients.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining client relationships on day-to-day matters
  • Providing support to the senior administrators, managers and directors
  • Execution of the clients' specific procedures and controls
  • Acting as the first line of contact for client requests and escalating to management when operational issues arise

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • Some practical experience within fund/private equity administration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues, with a service-oriented disposition
  • A solid educational background and be willing to work towards a relevant professional table 4 qualification
