We are recruiting for an experienced retail operations Team Leader, based at our Acorn Enterprises premises in Trinity. You will be responsible for the operational management and health and safety aspects of the Acorn Reuse Shop including tills, shop floor, furniture sales processes, customer service and our delivery and collection service.

In addition to reviewing sales figures, pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will oversee 15-20 staff within the retail team. Line management of the team includes regular performance reviews, identifying training and development opportunities and managing holiday/absence cover.
