Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset to join their Client Services Team in an entry-level role. This position will support client onboarding, control, and tax administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have an interest in client analysis, financial regulations, and compliance.

Job Duties:

  1. Learn the principles of Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  2. Assist in gathering, reviewing, and appropriately filing customer information
  3. Conduct basic risk assessments under supervision
  4. Review documentation for completeness and compliance
  5. Support the account opening process
  6. Communicate with clients regarding onboarding requirements
  7. Ensure applications have accurate and up-to-date documentation
