IT Technician Support at LV Group

LV Care Group are looking for an IT Technician Support to join the team, to provide efficient and confidential IT support to the Group and Home Manager\’s where necessary, as part of the IT team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple care sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, etc.
• Support remote access and mobile working for field-based care staff.
• Install and commission new equipment as required.
• Assist with onboarding and training staff on digital care platforms.
