We are seeking a talented individual experienced in business analysis, product adoption or AI-enabled change to join our client's dynamic AI Programme team as an IT Business Analyst. This role combines business analysis with product and project support, user enablement and governance activities to support the safe and effective adoption of technology across the business. The successful candidate will conduct analysis to assess the feasibility, impact, and risks of AI and technology opportunities, drive adoption across the Group, and provide hands-on support during pilots and early-stage implementation. While this is not a technical IT role and does not involve developing custom AI or machine learning models, the role requires the ability to provide support for enterprise technology and AI platforms. Applicants will bring a strong business analysis toolkit, with demonstrated experience delivering AI or automation initiatives from discovery through to rollout, achieving measurable value outcomes. Excellent communication skills, a structured problem-solving approach and exposure to change management are essential.
Responsibilities
