Our client is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional services. They are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join their dynamic AI Programme team. This role blends business analysis, product and project support, user enablement, and governance operations to drive safe, value-driven technology adoption across Legal and Business Services. The focus will be on analysis, adoption, and enablement rather than technical IT development, as the role does not involve building custom AI machine learning models. Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis to assess feasibility, impact, and risks of AI and technology opportunities
  • Facilitate use-case discovery workshops and map processes to AI and technology scenarios
  • Drive AI and technology adoption across various departments by identifying enablement opportunities
  • Provide hands-on support for pilots and early-life adoption while transitioning to self-serve usage
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to foster understanding and adoption of technology
  • Participate in user groups to share progress, capture feedback, and act as a conduit for service lines
  • Conduct ongoing technology reviews to capture outcomes and lessons learned
  • Design reusable AI prompts, patterns, and templates, and curate scenario playbooks
  • Define and track technology adoption metrics, maintaining dashboards and reporting on value and risk posture
  • Produce concise documentation, including user guides and enablement videos
  • Provide specialist support for enterprise technology and AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Collaborate with technology teams on secure configurations and escalate issues as needed
  • Support risk assessments and ensure compliance with governance processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business analysis or product adoption in a professional services or legal environment
  • Demonstrated delivery of AI or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout
  • Contributions to governance, risk, and quality processes
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and new technologies, particularly AI
  • Change management exposure
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and process mapping
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear business language
  • Competence in prompt design and evaluation for business scenarios
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and value tracking
  • Basic understanding of data quality, security, lifecycle, and AI risks
