- 5 - 7 years experience in Asset Management
- At least 5 years of experience in securities with thorough working knowledge of risk management and compliance, securities industry regulations, end-to-end processes, and understanding of trade and payment processes
- Extensive overall experience in financial services

The postholder will maintain risk and compliance oversight in the Investment Division to ensure operations adhere to risk parameters and regulatory requirements by supporting the identification, analysis, and management of risks arising from investment operations. Responsibilities include routine risk tasks, designing investment control frameworks, conducting periodic client suitability reviews and team procedure audits, maintaining policies and procedures manuals, managing breaches, incidents, complaints, and follow-up actions, as well as collating Key Risk Indicators, analyzing risk data, and providing insights for meetings. This position requires the candidate to be entitled to work.
