This role would suit candidates with experience or strong interest in innovation in financial services, regulatory engagement and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable working externally with firms and partners, able to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear guidance, and confident in coordinating inputs from multiple internal teams. Strong drafting, briefing and facilitation skills (workshops/working groups), sound judgement, and a pragmatic, risk-aware approach will be essential.
