Our client is seeking an experienced, passionate Innovation Engineer to support their long-term ambition in becoming a digital-first, AI-enabled organisation. This is a hands-on engineering role for a developer who enjoys pushing boundaries as much as shaping production-grade solutions. Not just writing code, but reimagining how work is done - exploring what’s possible with modern software, data platforms, and AI, and then turning the best ideas into real, secure and scalable systems.
You will work across our core platforms and data layer, developing new tools, prototypes, automations, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve quality, speed, and control. This role blends software engineering, data engineering, and product thinking within a regulated financial services environment, where governance, security, and reliability matter.
Applicants will have experience of system integrations to improve data quality and reduce operational risk gained in financial services or other regulated environments. This is an exciting time to join a growing firm!
