What you'll do:
- Prepare ingredients and food ready for service
- Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner shifts
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully stocked
- Receive deliveries and manage stock correctly
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent service
- Help ensure every meal meets our quality standards
No previous hotel experience is required. Whether you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, or this is your first kitchen role, we'll provide full training and support to help you succeed.
