Join Premier Inn as a Duty Manager and play a key role in leading the hotel team, supporting guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be out on the floor, coaching team members, solving problems, and ensuring every guest enjoys a great stay.

What you'll do:
- Lead hotel shifts and deliver team briefings
- Support, coach and motivate team members
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues quickly
- Work across reception, housekeeping and food service areas
- Spot and address operational issues before they escalated
- Help maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming hotel
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
Previous hotel experience isn't essential. If you've led people in a customer‑focused environment, we'll provide the training to help you succeed
