The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
Our Reservations and Events department require an individual with a professional, bright and friendly attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a 'can do' approach to administrative work. You will have an excellent level of spoken and written English, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
General computer literacy is essential, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. You will have the ability to work under pressure, have excellent time management, be adaptable, flexible, and ready to learn. Working closely in a team environment, you will need some administrative and event experience.
Knowledge of Opera or another reservation system, along with experience gained within a hotel or hospitality setting would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
